Click **Add Learning**, then select **Practical Activities**. 3. Click **Download CSV Template**. 5. Add your practical activity information in your preferred spreadsheet app, following the column requirements below. 6. Save the file as a CSV. Note: Wrap any comma-separated values (Related Topics, Educators) in double quotes, for example `"John Smith, Jane Doe"`. ### Upload your CSV file 1. On the bulk upload screen, drag and drop your file into the upload area, or click **Browse** to select it. 2. Once uploaded, click **Next**. ### Review and resolve errors After clicking Next, you'll see a validation screen showing any errors in your file. - Fix any flagged errors directly on this screen. - Click **Next** again once all errors are resolved. Note: No practical activities are created until every error in the file is resolved. ### CSV column reference | Column | Required | Notes | | --- | --- | --- | | Title | **Yes** |   | | Item ID | No | Enter a new ID for the activity. | | Activity Type | **Yes** | Must be one of: Competency, In-Service, Other. | | Duration (minutes) | **Yes** | Whole number | | Content | **Yes** | Free text | | Description | No | Free text | | Related Topics | No | Comma-separated. Must match existing topics in your organisation. Wrap in double quotes if using more than one. | | Educators | No | Free text, comma-separated. Does not need to match existing educator records.
