Updating users' teams and job roles just got a lot easier thanks tobulk updates and CSV import. With bulk updates, you can now add or remove multiple users from ***a team or job role*** in one go, saving you time manually doing this one-by-one. With CSV import, you can achieve a similar outcome and save even more time, as you can add or remove users from ***multiple teams and job roles*** in one go. All you need to do is export user data from an external system, like a HR system, copy it into a CSV template, and import it into the manager portal with a few clicks. The system then looks for updates to existing users' information, like teams and job roles, and asks you to confirm that this should be changed.
