Updating users' teams and job roles just got a lot easier thanks to bulk updates and CSV import.
With bulk updates, you can now add or remove multiple users from a team or job role in one go, saving you time manually doing this one-by-one.
With CSV import, you can achieve a similar outcome and save even more time, as you can add or remove users from multiple teams and job roles in one go. All you need to do is export user data from an external system, like a HR system, copy it into a CSV template, and import it into the manager portal with a few clicks. The system then looks for updates to existing users' information, like teams and job roles, and asks you to confirm that this should be changed.
