We’ve made several usability improvements to the Perform Tasks list to make it easier to track, understand, and manage tasks across your organisation.

- Users with access to Ausmed's Learning Management and Perform Product
- Users with Organisation Manager permissions or Team / Location Manager permissions
Completed Tasks Tab
A new Completed Tasks tab has been added to the top navigation, allowing you to quickly view all tasks you’ve already finished in one clear list.
More Contextual Task Columns
The task list columns have been updated across the following tabs to better match what’s most relevant depending on the view you’re in:

Assigned to Me
-
Assigned to My Staff
-
All Tasks
Each tab now displays more meaningful column information so you can immediately understand:
-
what the task is,
-
who it relates to,
-
who is responsible for completing it,
-
and when it’s due.
Smarter “Assigned To” Column Behaviour
The Assigned To column now updates dynamically depending on the task and the tab you’re viewing:

In Assigned to Me, Assigned To will show the Reporting Line Manager
-
In Assigned to My Staff, Assigned To will show the Staff Member
-
In All Tasks, Assigned To will automatically display the correct person depending on whether the task belongs to a manager or a staff member
