Learn how to archive a policy.
As soon as a policy is no longer needed, it can be archived. If a policy is archived, you can still access past versions through the version history, as well as acknowledgement records for the latest version if it required acknowledgement.

How to archive a policy
Steps
- From the top navigation bar in the manager portal, go to Policies.
- From the left-hand-side menu bar, go to Your Policy Library.
- Choose the policy you would like to archive, then choose one of the following:
- Hover over the row of your chosen policy, click the drop-down menu and click Archive.
- Click on the title of the policy, then in the upper right of the policy item details page click the drop-down menu and click Archive.
- Click Archive again to confirm the policy can be archived.
Note:
- A policy cannot be unarchived once it is archived
- Once archived, the status of the policy will immediately update to “archived” in Your Policy Library.
