Ensure mandatory training is completed on-time with real-time app alerts.
Introducing app alerts
We’re excited to announce a new beta feature enabling you to send app alerts for mandatory training directly through the Ausmed platform! This feature helps ensure your staff stay on top of their mandatory training by giving you the ability to notify them instantly via the Ausmed app.
An app alert is a push notification sent directly to a user's mobile phone. This real-time alert helps ensure staff are immediately notified about important tasks, such as newly assigned or overdue learning requirements.
Who does this article apply to?
- Users with access to Ausmed's Learning Management System
Why send app alerts?
The benefits of sending app alerts are:
- Immediate visibility: Alerts appear instantly on users' mobile devices.
- Quick reminders: Users can be reminded of critical tasks wherever they are.
- Improved engagement: App alerts have a higher chance of being seen quickly, leading to faster action on important tasks.

What is a beta feature release?
We’re launching the app alert feature as a beta version to gather valuable feedback and refine the feature over the coming months. This allows us to ensure the alerts work smoothly across different devices and use cases before the full release.
I have feedback on app alerts. What should I do?
We’d love to hear from you! If you have any feedback or encounter any issues, please contact us, or send your thoughts directly to our support team at support@ausmed.com.au.
